Our story
Built on site, not in a showroom.
Managing Director. Alex Pieri CertPWS MIPWS, BSc (Hons) Building Surveying
Alex grew up around residential refurbishments, then studied Building Surveying at university. In his final year he set up AP Property, and since 2020 the business has grown from one-bed flats to multi-million pound family homes across North London.
Max joined as joint director, and together the brothers now run two businesses under one banner: AP Property, a development and joint venture company, and AP Surveys, a surveying and consultancy service built around speed.
The idea behind AP Surveys is simple. Buyers, investors and solicitors should not have to chase for a quote or wait weeks for a report.

Max makes sure our developments run smoothly from the first day on site to the last. Hands-on by nature, he oversees site operations, manages project timelines and coordinates the supply chain, so every build moves efficiently and is delivered to a high standard, on schedule. His practical, problem-solving approach is a big part of why AP Property has built its reputation for quality.
