Terms of Engagement.

Quotations
A quotation is based on the property details supplied and is valid for 30 days. The fixed price includes VAT where shown. If the property details change, the quotation may need to be revised.
Survey services
Surveys and valuations are carried out and invoiced by RICS-regulated surveyors at our partner firm, PSC Surveys.
Bookings
A booking request is not confirmed until AP Surveys confirms the inspection date and the deposit arrangements in writing. Access to the property must be arranged before the inspection can take place.
Reports
Reports are prepared for the named client and the stated purpose. They should not be relied upon by anyone else without written agreement.
