What we collect

When you use our quote, booking, contact, selling or newsletter forms, we collect the details you give us. This can include your name, email address, phone number, property details, project details, preferred dates, solicitor's firm and your messages.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare and send quotations, arrange surveys and bookings, respond to enquiries, discuss property sales, send the Deal of the Week when you subscribe, keep records and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Surveys and valuations are carried out and invoiced by RICS-regulated surveyors at our partner firm, PSC Surveys. Where your enquiry concerns a survey or valuation, we share the relevant details with PSC Surveys so they can carry out and invoice the work.

Lawful bases

We rely on your consent where you ask us to contact you or subscribe, on contract where we take steps before providing a service, and on legitimate interests where we respond to enquiries, run our business and keep appropriate records.

Sharing and storage

We use trusted service providers to host this website, store form submissions and send email. We do not sell your personal data. We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
